At St. Anne’s, we believe sustainability means giving children the opportunities, skills and support they need to care for their school, their community and the wider world. Rooted in our Christian values, we know it is our duty to respect and protect God’s creation, nurturing a deep awareness of how our actions affect the Earth.

Through the value of care, we inspire our pupils to cherish the world around them and equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to face environmental challenges. We encourage them to think critically, challenge themselves and act with compassion so they can be responsible stewards of creation. Above all, we foster a culture of respect for nature, for one another and for the world God has entrusted to us so every child is inspired to help shape a more sustainable and hopeful future.
