Food pantry on Fridays between 2-4pm -. Bag of shopping for £3.50 - anyone is welcome, regardless of circumstances. 
Call 0161 868 0266 between 10am - 12pm on a Friday if you are struggling to get to the pantry.

The Bread and Butter Thing is now at St. Anne's Church every Wednesday afternoon, providing weekly groceries at a low price.
£7.50 for a family week’s shopping.  Must register and arrange pick up.

Fear LessFear-Less Triple P" Support

Fear Less is an online programme for parent carers to equip them with tools and strategies which can help them to manage their child’s anxiety and enable them to become more emotionally resilient.
 
The programme is accessible via phone, tablet or computer and parents can complete at their own pace.
 
You can get free access by completing the following questionnaire https://trafford.citizenspace.com/integrated-commissioning/triple-p-fearless  and / or contacting online.parenting@trafford.gov.uk.  A code will then be issued to you via email and you can register to begin the programme.
